The practice offers an impressive variety of personal legal services.

These include Preparation of Wills, Preparation of Powers of Attorney, and Preparation of Advance Directives Regarding Health Care (formerly referred to as Living Wills).

Families have been represented regarding handling of Settlement of Decedent's Estates, as well as applications in Court seeking Guardianship and Incompetency. Additionally, Len has represented clients in Probate Court actions involving distribution of estate assets, as well as actions to compel accountings of etstate assets. Other areas that we have assisted our clients with include Applications for Change of Name and New and Used Car Claims under the Lemon Law.

Many family law services are also available including representation in Family Court actions drafting and negotiation of Prenuptial Agreements.
