Wellness Check-ins
Our organization actively works to prevent the mistreatment of Holocaust survivors, which is one of our key organizational goals. Implementing monitoring measures is essential to ensuring the safety and well-being of Holocaust survivors.
To achieve this, we have established several channels for reporting mistreatment or other issues that Holocaust survivors may face, including a phone hotline and an online form. Upon receiving a report from the hotline or online form, we will promptly respond by enlisting the necessary organizations and experts in medical, legal, and other fields to resolve adverse situations affecting Holocaust survivors as quickly as possible.
To further enhance the well-being of Holocaust survivors, we have developed and are in the process of setting up Wellness Check-Ins, where our dedicated volunteers will regularly visit assigned Holocaust survivors. During these visits, they will conduct interviews and meticulously observe for any indications of issues.
